Posted by After adding the subject information to the log, I want to add an “EXTERNAL” warning on the email subject. So, users know if the email comes from external.
Below is what I did:
– Go to PMG Dashboard -> Mail Filter -> Action Objects
– Click Add and select Header Attribute
– Add information to the Name and Comment
– Fill subject in the Field
– Fill [EXTERNAL] __SUBJECT__ in the Value
[EXTERNAL] __SUBJECT__
– Go to PMG Dashboard -> Mail Filter
– Click Add Rules
– Add information to the Name
– Fill 99 in the Priority
– Select in on Direction section
– Tick on the Active section
– Select Action Objects that has been created from Available Objects -> Action
Now, you can see additional line “EXTERNAL” on email subject when received email from internet
