Sometimes, Zimbra webmail suddenly has problems. Especially html and mobile mode. This problem appears after patching. Like problem in Zimbra forums recently. Every day, I am using Webmail with advanced mode and Exchange Active Sync on my mobile devices. So, I don’t know if this problem appears after patching. I know from Zimbra forums or my client that use html or mobile webmail mode 🙂
I give some advice to solve the problem. The advice is to move the work folder from Jetty. So, if you have the same problem, you can try this
su - zimbra zmcontrol stop cd /opt/zimbra/jetty/ mv work old-work mkdir work zmcontrol start
