Zimbra just released a new patch (10.1.8) yesterday. This patch brings Zimbra Chat to the Classic UI and introduces a new feature, Delivery Status Notification (DSN).
Please ensure you have followed the Zimbra Chat installation guide here: “How to Integrate Zulip (Zimbra Chat) with Zimbra Mail Server” to use Zimbra Chat
# Enable Zimbra Chat in Classic UI
Please update your Zimbra to the new version (Zimbra 10.1.8)
RHEL:

Ubuntu:
apt update -y && apt upgrade -y
Install Zimlet Chat for Classic UI
RHEL:
yum install zimbra-zimlet-classic-chat
Ubuntu:
install zimbra-zimlet-classic-chat
Restart Zimbra Service
su - zimbra -c 'zmcontrol restart'
Please log in to the Zimbra Classic UI. The Chat menu will then be visible

# Activate Delivery Status Notification (DSN)
You can enable this feature based on COS or account level
To enable the DSN feature, go to the (COS or Account) Features menu > Mail Features, and select the checkbox for Delivery Status Notification
In Modern UI, go to Settings | Writing Email. Checklist on Request delivery status

After enabling DSN, you will receive a notification like the following each time you send an email.
Note: When I testing this feature, it works in the Zimbra Modern UI but does not work in the Classic UI
Good Luck 🙂
