To display information to end users when they access Zimbra Webmail (e.g., your organization’s background), you can customize the default Zimbra Webmail background.
Below is step to change the Zimbra Webmail Background:
Create folder to save image who will be used
mkdir /opt/zimbra/jetty/webapps/zimbra/logos
Save image in that folder. Let say your image name is background.png
Open file skin.properties
cp /opt/zimbra/jetty/webapps/zimbra/skins/_base/base3/skin.properties /srv/skin.properties-backup vi /opt/zimbra/jetty/webapps/zimbra/skins/_base/base3/skin.properties
Search LoginScreen and adjust like follow
LoginScreen = background: @brand-primary@ url(@AppContextPath@/logos/background.png) 0 0/cover no-repeat;
Note: Do on all mailboxes server (multi server)
Restart mailbox service
su - zimbra -c 'zmmailboxdctl restart'
